BALLROOM & MEETING ROOMS
With flexible event and meeting space, Gibson Commons can accommodate most any size group. The 3,118 square foot conference center can be divided into three meeting rooms. These areas include sophisticated lighting and state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities. Advanced technology in all areas of the facility ensures that conference attendees always have the latest technology at their disposal. The conference center offers high-speed, T-1 wired and wireless internet access. A complimentary business center with computers, fax machine, and copier capabilities enables attendees to conduct business activities and check emails on site.
OUTDOOR PATIO AREA
Both opened and covered patio areas, furnished with timeless wrought iron tables and chairs, offers your guests the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere created by the surrounding lush garden, landscaping, water fall, and cascading creek. Complete with landscape lighting, our garden area is host to a wide variety of over 400 plants designed to add a captivating atmosphere.
ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
In all areas of the facility ensures that conference attendees and social guests always have the latest technology at their disposal. The ballroom and meeting rooms have high-speed, T-1 wired and wireless internet access. Also available is a state-of-the-art audio video system complete with DVD, CD, VHS, Laptop and TV capabilities, among other things. We also have a ceiling mount projection unit with a 10ft retractable screen from the ceiling, making your presentations come to life. There are 30 Bose speakers throughout the ballroom, as well as outside, so that there is not a dead spot in the facility during those important announcements and speeches.
BUSINESS CENTER
With computers, fax, and copier capabilities, our complimentary business center enables attendees to conduct business activities and check emails on site. For those attendees with laptop computers that have the wireless technology, T-1 wireless internet is available throughout the entire conference center.
CATERING
Equipped with a preparatory catering kitchen, our facility can handle any type of catered event. Our kitchen includes a commercial ice machine, large refrigerator and freezer, warming oven, prep tables, as well as large sink areas for clean-up. You may have your choice of caterers for your event as we do not provide that service. We do, however, have an approved catering list that we provide should you need help finding a good caterer for your event, available upon request. Gibson Commons will be happy to work with additional catering services. Please contact our Facility Director for additional information on caterers and approval guidelines.

DEPOSIT
Gibson Commons requires a security deposit as well as a damage deposit to secure the facility for events. Please contact our Facility Director for additional information.
